Deloach Vineyards Wedding: Sarah + Billy

It was a misty morning that day, but it slowly melted off as time drew closer to their moment. The vines were in full grape bloom, and Sarah sat still smiling at her lovely friends robed in their bridesmaids’ gifts. Every strand of hair was in place; makeup touches were final, and Billy was amidst gathering his groom attire. They had been through so many adventures since first meeting at 19. 7 years in the making of beer brewing, hiking, discovering, cooking at home and backpacking through the Sierras to name a few as Paige cleverly noted in her toast. Alas, September 17th finally arrived, and the Deloach Vineyards couldn’t have looked more beautiful.

Life as they knew it changed once they laid eyes on one another– Sarah dressed in her beautiful lace gown and Billy looking dapper in his gray suit. This was their new adventure, the crown jewel of them all for the many years to come. They drank the moment in as their friends peeked from the windows. The vineyards surrounded them, and they couldn’t let go of each other. They made their way to becoming married officially, and Sarah’s grandfather eloquently pronounced them husband and wife. They took their first steps as a new family ready for their forever. While doing so, their friends and relatives sent them off with applauses and whistles.

The word ‘wife’ was a new one to get used to, and Billy became even more enamored with it as the day went on. Goats, hens, and roosters serenaded the party along with a solo guitarist. The sun slowly hid eliciting the beautiful pink tones to match Sarah’s lovely bridesmaid’s dresses perfectly. The smell of Chardonnay infused the air, and the twinkle lights adorned the night while Sarah and Billy danced the night away. Nothing could make the day even more beautiful or perfect than it was.

Sarah and Billy, as you make your way to the Pacific Northwest we want you to know that you left a profound mark in our hearts. You reminded us that it’s about the small moments and the big adventures and that nothing could compare than doing what you love with the ones you love. Your day was a perfect representation of how your life will unfold; full of laughter, some tears, big and spontaneous moments. Thank you for honoring us with the privilege to capture the start.
