All it took was one click, and they instantly connected virtually. They agreed to meet, although Jennifer intended it to be a brief date their instant connection said otherwise. Their second date led from a brunch get together and ended it with an evening in search of dinner. They didn’t anticipate that their second date would last that much longer, but that’s just what it took to forever hook Jennifer to Phillip.

They mutually knew that it was time for the next step and the next season in their life that would eventually be forever. Although, when the ‘official’ question was asked, Jennifer had a moment of surrealness knowing that they would start their family ‘officially.’ Their careers have taken off and academic goals checked off, but now their personal dreams of being together forever are finally underway.

Knowing Phil is a proud Santa Clara University alum, they took advantage of its privileges by hosting their wedding affair on campus. They skipped the 5-year waitlist by the recent change in school policy and get to be married there this summer. The historic mission cathedral will house them while they exchange their promises and the garden courtyard will be the area where family and friends will dine and congratulate the couple.

They took us around on an ‘unofficial’ school tour by telling us about the historic mission surroundings and changes over the decades. Although its location has slightly changed over the years, its photographic appeal has only gotten more beautiful with age. Each step and crevice had an ‘old world’ detail enlightening our hearts and minds with each capture. Phil instantly understood our quirky humor and Jennifer grabbed hold of him joining us in laughter. Although, this was their second engagement session (the first being held by his sister) Victor and I felt privileged to know more of their story. Their history around the Santa Clara areas will be continued in August.

Phil and Jennifer, we cannot way for the moment you become husband and wife. Your sense of humor and sense of life and love touched us. We know that you instantly spoke ‘Tanya’ the moment you struck that cool pose all on your own. The chess tables, the painted ceilings, and gardens full of roses will all be just a fragment of your day, but we hope that these pictures will also be a part of it too! Thank you!
