They immediately locked eyes as she turned the corner. At the end of the great rooftop, aisle waiting was the man of her dreams, tearing up surrounded by their closest friends and family from all facets of life. She was crowned with the biggest smile grabbing onto her dad’s arm, and everybody there including airplanes and its passengers couldn’t miss her walking to Steve. This was long awaited, and Rachael was ecstatic to be married. They vowed to each other to be partners in life, in hockey and everything else they set out to conquer. Their friend and officiant shortly after that pronounced them husband and wife. After their lips sealed with a kiss, Steve concluded the ceremony by breaking the glass and their guests blessed them by shouting, “Mazel Tov!”

Everything was perfect. The air was pure on the 17th floor, the sun warmed up their day, but the love from their guests couldn’t be contained. It was evident. Rachael had touched everybody in the room and Steve too. Everybody had a unique story to share about the two of them. Their interest in old BMW’s, hockey, craft drinks, dancing and just loving people was evident in every detail and the adornment of their friends’ speeches. They made their rounds ensuring their guests their gratefulness for their attendance and celebration.

It was and is clear that Rachael and Steve designed this day for their many friends and family. Their hearts were set on honoring everybody in attendance for their unswerving support and love. Their 1st dance demonstrated the many weeks of practice and dedication to the Rhumba and each other. They didn’t miss a step and were the envy of all of the pairs in the room. Steve and Rachael’s grand finale were rounding up their friends at the picturesque Silicon Capital Club bar. They danced and toasted the night away with the beautiful downtown San Jose cityscape backdrop fully illuminated.

Rachael and Steve, we felt as if we were an extension of your bridal party. Although our outfits weren’t as chic and a perfect match, we felt welcomed in every way possible. We toast to you with Steve’s favorite German brew and hope that Jamaica feels like a fairytale ever after. Thank you for your kind souls and hearts. Truly, thank you.
