My Little brothers and me | Big Announcement!

My brothers and I grew up attached at the hip. We bonded over our mutual love of Sailor Moon, Pokemon and all of the hit shows of the 90’s on Cartoon Network. Saturday mornings were spent lounging on the sofa with cereal remains on the floor in pajamas enacting whatever was on the Disney Channel. We entertained each other under the church pews as Dad would give the Sunday sermon with our comic book making skills. Around this time, we loved going with our mom to help shop for Holiday gifts to give to the kid’s department at church. I remember it so clearly like it just happened minutes ago. Whenever we were mischievous, we all had each other’s back, and we sometimes blamed it on the younger one because we knew that he was, and is, the soft spot for mom’s heart.

Now, it’s probably twice a year the three of us get together and actually spend time. Joshua is out in Los Angeles making his dreams happen; Tony is studying to be a theologian and me, well, I’m running our business. Our paths have taken us to different places, but our childhood bonds transcend any geographical distance that may be between us.

Although I try not to, I love to take pictures of all three of us, because I know what it means to mom. Every time Josh makes the trip up, or we somehow find ourselves in SoCal, there has to be a photo to capture that one moment that we were there, together. Without a hesitation, every time mom unwraps that one image of all of her three babes together, she pauses and then sighs. Even though it cost us very little, it brings her so much joy and memories.

Maybe the Holidays are that one time of the year that everybody gets together or maybe it’s that one time where everyone doesn’t mind having their portraits captured. Maybe it’s been a whole year or maybe it was just a few seconds since all of us got together, but there has to be a way to commemorate. So let’s commemorate it this way.

We’re happy to announce that we’re photographing families for the rest of the 2016 season. We love to be able to help you capture the last of 2016 memories of you and your loved ones.
