It all began 11 years ago. 11 years of happy memories, laughter, meeting life’s challenges together and a little Simba later, they were a family even before their wedding day. Jennifer had a crisp view of the Bay while she got ready to be married and her beloved Frenchie sunbathed just outside her window. She was undeniably happy while Jose placed the last finishing touches in the Piedmont grove and the beautiful grounds. As the hour got closer to their ceremony start time, Piedmont was veiled with the Valencia wedding beauty.

Under the tall redwood trees, their friends and family gathered to witness the beginning of their new chapter of their lives. Jennifer walked down the stairs grabbing hold of her father and Jose was stunned, his eyes glimmered without a blink. It was hard not to tear away from Jennifer’s gaze at her soon-to-be husband on the tail end of the aisle. This was it. This was the moment they were planning, waiting, anticipating ever since their trip across the ocean, where Jose first proposed under a starry sky. Although the stars weren’t visible during that pivotal moment, it was clear; their hearts were made for one another. They drew everybody in with their personal vows as their best friend married them. They exchanged rings in a demonstration of their promise and had their first kiss as husband and wife. They held hands as Simba led them down the aisle with everybody cheering.

Friends and family celebrated their union. At every turn, people longed for an embrace with newlyweds and even a picture or two. Their colorful affair was personal, intimate and detailed. Jennifer and Jose continued to greet their guests relaying to each their appreciation for their attendance. As night fell, they moved into their adorned hall ready to enjoy the rest of the evening. The crowd watched as Jennifer rested her head on his shoulder swaying back and forth to their rendition of Endless Love. It couldn’t be more perfect. The night couldn’t be more beautiful.

Jennifer and Jose, thank you for having us on your day. We hope that out of the millions of memories you created throughout your journey to this day, these photos will bring back details, emotions and visual you saw and felt that day. We hope you collected more memories on your trip to Utah and that Simba regained his strength from all the celebration!
