One of my favorite parts of working in our business is to be able to see different cultures, cities, and places where the weddings we photograph will take place.

Each venue that our couples choose is so special and there’s a reason for choosing the place. Today, I’d like to make a compilation of my 5 favorite wedding places. I’m taking it further and going to specifics of the ceremony. So here it goes…(in no specific order).

1. St. Coleman’s Outdoor Church

This beauty of a church is a location in the northern part of the Bay Area in Cazadero, California. It’s an outdoor church where tall Redwoods tower over the church and their shade and birds part of the welcoming committee. The air that breathes there is a gift from nature itself with a mix of freshness and Redwood scent.

2. The Reinstein Ranch – the Barn more specifically. Reinstein Ranch is located in Livermore, California. It’s the perfect place for those who love rustic and nature. The barn where the ceremony was held, is captivating because of its wooden interior, where the light filters through the old stables. There’s an extraordinary sight of the major part of the ranch in the second floor. It’s a historical ranch built in the 1800’s that has welcomed prime guests like horses and cattle.
   3. Hans Fahden

   In the heart of Napa Valley, with a mountainous view of St. Helena, there a beautiful place established in 1912 dedicated to the cultivating grapes. The place is captivating, it’s ponds, and flowers and botanical gardens make it even more unique. Its features transform this place for those romantics considering a matrimonial future.

   4. Triple S Ranch

   On just the other side of Calistoga, there is this place full of history, founded in the 1800’s. Within the gems of this location, there is an old Victorian restored from 1867along with a charming old barn turned to a saloon. For those who love foliage, this exquisite place has tall Redwood Trees, walnut trees, vineyards making it that much more unique. Precisely, it’s just under the Walnut tree where all the magic happens. The shade that this immense tree provide is refreshing even on the hottest days, turning into another guest more in each love story taking place there.

   5. Hale Ko Olani Estate

   I can’t finish this entry without talking about this site within the Maui Mountains, more specifically in Lahaina. It’s a paradise destiny where not even a storm could impede the enchanting charm of the place. The views from this residence and the intimacy that it creates fuse the perfect atmosphere for tying the knot.

   I’d like to thank with all my heart, all of the clients that trusted us to be a part of their day. Many times I contained tears being able to witness a love story unfolding.
