As I sit here in the Philadelphia airport and write this, I can’t help but be grateful for this week. After being four years in business, I gave myself the indulgence of traveling out of state to attend wedding photography workshop with the incredible Justin and Mary Marantz. It was a small group us of which allowed for more questions to be answered, more bonding time and a newfound liberty to learn. I travelled to beautiful and esteemed New Haven, Connecticut: the land of the Yalees, the Gilmore Girls faux hometown, and clam chowder.

Although I didn’t do much sightseeing and play the tourist, my time was measured to the very second–Sleep, eat, workshop and repeat. Needless to say, I feel so full. I feel grateful for the time here and the lives of Justin and Mary. I was just telling my husband, that although it was a wealth of information, it was so good. I found little golden nuggets of experience, wisdom and so much more. Here’s a little a glimpse…
